Use up old fruits in this delicious tropical smoothie!
INGREDIENTS:Â
1 frozen mango, cut into chunks
1 squeeze of lime juice
1/4-1/2 cup of bruised/ripe or canned pineapple
1 old banana
1 browning avocado
Optional: a few cubes of ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If freezing mango isn't your style, use fresh mango and ice cubes.
