Duet's first documentary highlighting our origins, mission, challenges, and impact
Interested in gaining insight into the origins of social justice non-profit Duet? We have just released our first ever documentary that features the thrilling story of how Duet was founded! Stream “Lives Not Grades” on June 8th at 10 PM PT on PBS SoCal to learn about the journey that the team of USC students embarked on, from traveling to Greece as a part of a USC engineering course to the process of co-founding Duet in order to address critical inefficiencies in humanitarian aid. Witness the effects of the refugee crisis through the eyes of a team of passionate students as they race against the clock, fighting the onset of recent issues such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the failing economy in Greece. Join us in watching our documentary to get an inside glimpse into how we have implemented innovative designs, outreach strategies, and fundraising in an effort to improve the lives of relocated refugee families in Lesvos, Greece.
